This policy explains what information Danny’s Pet Care (“we”, “us”) collects through dannyspetcare.com, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have a question, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Client and hiring forms: our client contract, pet-sitting form and hiring application are hosted by Jotform. The information you enter there (for example your contact details, your pet’s care needs or your work history) is sent to us through Jotform.
- Online payments: payments on our Services page are made through PayPal. You enter your payment details with PayPal, not on our website; PayPal tells us about the payment, such as your name, email address and the amount paid.
If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, set up and provide pet care, and keep in touch with you about your visits.
- To process payments and keep records of them.
- To review job applications.
- To see how visitors use the website so we can improve it, and to keep spam out of our contact form.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell or rent the information you give us, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Service providers
We use a small number of companies to run this website and handle your requests:
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Mailgun delivers contact form messages to our email inbox.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that contact form messages come from a person, not a bot.
- Google provides Google Analytics, Google Fonts and the map on our contact page.
- PayPal processes online payments.
- Jotform hosts our client and hiring forms.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. It sets these cookies:

On our Services page, PayPal’s payment buttons also store an item (__paypal_storage__) in your browser’s local storage so the buttons work.

Security
This website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and payments are handled by PayPal. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through our contact form.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
